The breakfast was quite good. Free parking was also an advantage. Polite and helpfull reception.
Overall, this was somewhat a typical communist-era hotel: huge and a bit dirty. It greets you with a menacing sign "it is forbidden to bring alcohol into the hotel". Although a bunch of drunk elderly Poles were crashing a party right in the hallway. Could find better quality for the same money.
The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and it takes only 20 to get to the city center including the walking to the metro station.
The bed matrasses were old and very uncomfortable.
I found the hotel to be very poor, I would not return
The receptionist was very rude to us on arrival, she would stop helping us to take care of other guests! Then the receptionist told us that our credit card was no good and when a manager was asked for the suggestion was shrugged off. We where told that we needed to walk to the nearest shopping market to use the atm and that if we didn't stay then the money put forward to bookings.com would be taken. The paths outside the hotel where traitorous and 1 of our party fell and slipped repeatedly (I know Prague at the start of January but we had just come from Krakow where it was colder and snowing and all the paths and roadways where kept clear at all times) The room wasn't prepared when we got up to it. don't stay here!!!!!!!
There was secure parking. The security guard was very helpful. The rooms were spacious enough. Breakfast was nice.
Few staff members spoke English. It was a long way from the nearest metro.
Hotel about 10 minutes walk from krizikova yellow line Metro station.Suitable for for bus Groups. Quality of breakfast items are poor though a wide choice is offered. Dinner served for groups only. For dinner Restaurants are about 5-10 minutes walking time, if you are late they can be full.
Reception staff has no time mostly too busy with groups.
Th stuff is very good, prices ok, but eat it not very good
We’re very satisfied with services. Price was very affordable especially with breakfast. Hotel has very good access for the City because of metro. We’re absolutely sure if we’ll go back to Prague we’ll stay in Hotel Juno.
The Strasnica area of Prague is very nice; many greenways and clean and open. The hotel is convenient to the Metro. It has onsite parking.
Hotel is old. It is crowded. Food is not very good. Because it is a large hotel and relatively cheap, it is a favorite location for large bus tour groups.
Value for money
Double bed is twin bed pushed together. Location is in a quiet unlit part of the city- I would not have stayed there if travelling alone.
Bad service! Rude stuffs! Poor security work! Some customers got stolen in the hotel!
